What’s an appropriate dish for such extraordinary teachers at Saint Augustine Academy? Well, for November’s monthly luncheon, the Barefoot Contessa has the most delectable recipe for Boeuf Bourguignon.

Making the faculty feel special and appreciated was the goal of the day. They appeared very happy with the main course, their baguettes, salad, cranberry water and a most delicious chocolate cake made by Rosemary Alva. Their sincere smiles of appreciation alone, were enough reward for the effort.
